Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right within 30 days.
Refunds and Reprints
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a reprint or a refund due to damage, printing error, or receiving your package outside of the 26 day turn-around window. This window includes 2 days to log the order, 12 days to produce the order, and 12 days to ship to you.
Thank you for understanding - we have tested all the products we sell and enjoy the quality but as these items are printed on demand for you, human error can occurr at the print shop and if that happen s we are happy to help get you an corrected item at no cost.
To be eligible for a reprint or refund, please request a "return" inside of your Shopify customer portal.
We will then personally reach out to you for follow-up information to support your ticket to our drop shippers. You will need to supply photos of the damage and an order #. Please note that we do not need your items returned to us.
Please note that we do not refund or exchange items based on ordering the wrong size or a change of heart.
If your reprint or refund request is accepted, we’ll send you all the information you need and will issue you a new order #.

Non-refundable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If approved for a refund based on the information you provided, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
